Each week for 8-weeks, your leaders will gain access to a new module that consists of easy-to-follow videos with accompanying worksheets and resources. We recommend allowing 35 minutes daily, or ~3 hours per week. This will allow time to reflect on the content, and integrate the techniques into their existing leadership repertoire.
Every week, your team will have live access to Martin in a private virtual working session, where leaders will be able to further consolidate their learning of each module and flesh out any questions or roadblocks they may have as they go through the content.
The lead executive will have on-demand one on one mentoring access to Martin so that he can assist with the decision making, execution, and culture change dilemmas that will invariably arise during the course of the program. Ultimately, it is up to the lead executive to drive the program implementation and outcomes with their team.

A new module will be released each week for 8 weeks, after which your leaders will have access to the entire program, for life.
You will then have two follow up sessions with Martin a fortnight apart to further drive the change and deal with any potential roadblocks.
The short answer? Around 3 hours a week on the self paced learning content and 1 hour each week in the Zoom session with Martin. We've designed this program to fit relatively easily into your leader's busy lives. They don't need to take time off work or sacrifice going to their kid's soccer game!

No problem. Each week is modularized, so if one of your leaders has to miss a week (for example they have annual leave booked or need to take sick leave) they can still move onto the next module once they return and be in sync with their peers. They have full lifetime access to all course materials so they can go back in their own time and revise any lessons that they missed.
Yes absolutely! We run two public cohorts of the program each year (April and October), so if you have a new starter or emerging leader that you would like to get on the same page as the rest of your leaders, they can join one of these cohorts and learn all the same content without the expense of a completely new private cohort.
We ask your leaders to complete a confidential survey at the beginning and end of the program that touches on their personal leadership outlook as well as where they believe their team and organization is. We can customize these questions to report clear before and after metrics.
